Homeward was excellent to deal with
Homeward was excellent to deal with! Very communicative and a very easy transaction. The only hiccup was their closing attorney, Hankin Pack. We chose to change closing attorneys for the buyback transaction as our lender had told us Hankin Pack were causing very long delays with purchasing the home from Homeward. That turned out to be a good decision as it was still very difficult getting the needed documents from Hankin Pack sent to the buyback closing attorney. My agent finally called and threatened to sit in their office until they produced the documents and magically they were sent to my closing attorney. Don’t hesitate to use Homeward but make sure Hankin Pack has nothing to do with either transaction.
