HomewardReviews of homeward.com

I enjoyed the process of buying through Homeward. In the beginning it was a little challenging to get all the paperwork together for pre-approval but we finally got it right. The people who work for Homeward are very helpful, they stay in communication with you the whole time.

My experience was great

Straight forward process and overall amazing experience. The staff I worked with (Miles, Nicole, Magan, and anyone behind the scenes I might have missed) we’re very knowledgeable, helped answer all my questions, and really helped move things along quickly. I had not heard of Homeward prior to closing on our new home, but definitely recommend them after a wonderful experience. Thank you.

The team did great job at each touch point.

Homeward’s service was efficient and reliable. They worked with you throughout the entire process and they have a well thought out online portal to fill your application and upload documents. The cost was reasonable as well. They have a great team of Awele and James Hunter helping me through the entire process. The mortgage process was very efficient as well with Tera Gilbert and her team assisting me throughout the entire loan process. We were able to close on time even with the Christmas Holidays. Team was very flexible and worked off hours to ensure you’re needs are met. Thank you Homeward team and keep up the good work.

Great company, good experience

Using Homeward to purchase our new home was a great experience. First, it alleviates a lot of stress during the process by not feeling pressured to sell before you buy. I really appreciated being able to take our time and find the right house versus one that works - especially with a toddler in the mix. Second, their staff was outstanding. Each person I interacted with was very responsive and knowledgeable. Lastly, they sent mobile notaries to us to finalize the sale/purchase. This really did save us time during our work days. Overall, the reduced stress and seamless process made it well worth it!

Homeward was a blessing for my family! The whole time I was thinking it was too good to be true and that something was going to come up or I would "learn" something when it was too late. That never happened, they were extremely transparent and it all went smoothly as they explained from the very beginning. We were able to get the house of our dreams in a cutthroat market and I don't think we would have been able to do that if not for Homeward. The team is amazing!
