When relocating to Texas we heard about Homeward. We figured it was our best option for two reasons; it would allow us to buy a new home before we had sold our current home AND it would allow us the luxury of making cash offer. From the word go the Homeward team was in contact and always available to answer questions. Our realtor had never used Homeward either so they made sure he understood all as well. We made an offer via Homeward and the very first house we offered on was OURS! The sellers even confirmed that they had higher offers than ours...but the fact that it was cash was why they chose ours. We were very lucky to sell our current home quickly and two weeks after we started "renting" from Homeward we bought our home back! Everything about the process was smooth and easy. Thank you Homeward! We love our new home!

We were able to get into our new home 2 months earlier than if we had bought with a contingency offer. The team at Homeward walked us through the process. We spent less in fees than if we had to rent elsewhere and pay for storage until closing.

I highly recommend Homeward if putting a cash offer on your next home will help you win the competitive bidding war that's going on. For me, it totally did! There service comes with a fee but the team was very transparent and able to answer all my questions as they came up. I never had to repeat myself to new team members, they were flexible, fast, and friendly. They even closed 2 weeks early for us!

Homeward was incredible! We had a tricky closing with VA loan and they made everything easy. They took ownership of all the problems and worked diligently so we could close on time.

The people at Homeward are professional, polite, and hard working. Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process. They kept us informed the whole time. Our only complaint, was how time seemed to be wasted. If we were informed from the beginning about everything that was needed from us, we would have sent it all at once. We would think we were done, and then they would request something else. It just made us wonder if this was intentional, to make the process take longer, therefore costing a little more money. Overall, we like how we were made cash buyers in this difficult market. Thank you.
