My husband and I went to Harold’s. We had a very nice dinner along with a presentation, there was no pressure everything was explain fully. We had the salesman to come to the house. His name is Jory He was very good at explaining everything to us. My husband and I decided to go with the Multi layer insulation wrap. We set a date and a time for the installers to come. The installers was Shane and Tom they were very professional and got everything laid out to start the job. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. We are very well pleased with the quality of the materials and the Timely completion of the work

Steve gave a very informative and energetic presentation. I was eager to learn how they could help alleviate the problems caused in the attic by improper installation of bathroom ventilation when my house was constructed. The entire team was very professional and the installation and workmanship was very good. I am anticipating significant savings in heating and cooling costs and especially appreciate the lifetime warranty and annual inspection.

Me and my husband went to the presentation, shawn did a great job to make showing all there products interesting. The food was great too! The inspector Evan came out later that week, he was very thorough and went through every space in the house. Wasn’t pushy about any specific products. Just explained what we could benefit from and let us decide. Felt very comfortable with the purchase! The techs showed ready to work. Explained everything before and after. Quick and effective! Great group of guys!

This company has the most wonderful workers...so polite, friendly, cheerful and helpful. I would especially like to give a shout-out to Taylor, Christian, and Josh. Because I have a large attic space, they were on their hands and knees for about nine hours, and as the day progressed, the attic grew hotter. They remediated my mold problem, installed a solar fan, and covered my attic floor with their amazing product. When I needed a slight remediation, the company workers were Johnny-on-the-spot. Love them all and appreciate their care. I especially salute Taylor, whom I saw twice.

We recently had mold remediation, the solar fan and MLI installed in our attic. It was about a 5 hour job for about 1300 square feet. Shane and Chris worked tirelessly in 93 degree outside heat which was much hotter in the attic. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Hopefully all is ok now but I will comment that the black on the roof boards really did not go away like we saw in the video and I kinda wonder if there was really active mold as described in the selling process. Overall installation was great, time will tell whether we needed to spend $8000 + dollars.

The presentation, it was very good. Shawn was great and really explained everything to us well. Very knowledgeable! The food was great (the service wasn’t the best, sort staffed that night) The inspector James, he was great! Very detailed on the things he’d explain to us. We needed the MLI, a solar fan, and were excited to get the Eco probiotics system for our duct work! The Techs Malik and Nick were fantastic, showed up 15 min early and didn’t hesitate to get to work. Explained everything they were going to do before hand so it never felt like strangers were here. Awesome guys and beautiful work! 10/10 company!
