Shane and Patrick installed our attic ventilation system and multi-layer insulation. They were very professional and pleasant and enjoyable to work with. On the downside, the company rushes you to make a decision that day and came the very next day. I definitely felt pressured and not ready to make a decision. The price goes up considerably if you don't sign that day. They charge for miscellaneous items that are unnecessary.

Best platform for persons

I had multiple systems installed. They did it all in one day. They stayed on task and were quiet.

Harley came out to do a home inspection and he explained everything he was doing and why. When he come up with the results he explained what he found and what it meant and made suggestions to remedy the issues. Example: We have great water and air quality so we don't need any filters for either of those but our insulation was a little lacking and we needed to treat a small amount of mold and broken boards in the attic. We did purchase the insulation and attic fan, had mold removed and repaired the broken boards in our attic by Dillon and Chase. All employees were prompt at scheduled time, polite, courteous, and very informative. Only a four star because we felt they could have cleaned up the insulation that blew down onto the garage floor and my husband had to repair ceiling light fixtures that started to push down.

Couldn't be much happier with Chase and Dillon ! Knowledgeable and hard workers who answered every question and explained the entire process . They were polite and respectful and cleaned up nicely afterwards . I can't think of one bad thing to say about those guys . Waiting to see results from their work as it was done just yesterday . Overall good experience but would have liked more time to make our decision and still get the discounted price .

We recently had mold remediation, the solar fan and MLI installed in our attic. It was about a 5 hour job for about 1300 square feet. Shane and Chris worked tirelessly in 93 degree outside heat which was much hotter in the attic. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Hopefully all is ok now but I will comment that the black on the roof boards really did not go away like we saw in the video and I kinda wonder if there was really active mold as described in the selling process. Overall installation was great, time will tell whether we needed to spend $8000 + dollars.

Recently, we had work started on our home by HomeSmart Technologies. They completed the installation of the Solar attic fan, EPS-365 Probiotic System, Pretreating spray, and half of the MLI (Insulation). Their products appear to be quality promoting green living. Our presenter, Steve Chahl had a good presentation, and thoroughly explained each product illustrating each product at Jacksons restaurant. Jory Rodgers, the inspector, was knowledgeable, did a whole house inspection taking photos and carefully explained our home issues with no pressure, while representing HomeSmart well with his professionalism and courtesy. We did not get a written inspection report as previously indicated, however he did prioritize our home needs and was patient with our decision process. Shane and Tom, our installers, started the job quickly and have been polite and courteous. I was surprised that only 2 installers arrived promptly with the amount of work scheduled for 1 day, however they worked late on a Friday evening with a commitment to complete job next week. The installers explained what they were doing and explained how to operate the equipment after installation. There was some confusion between installers and inspector regarding specifics on work to be completed, and there is an ongoing discrepancy of what we were told would be insulated in comparison to what the inspector/installer claims. We will continue to assess honestly the entire job upon completion.

Sales meeting was low pressure and good food. Home inspection was timely scheduled. Installation crew of Chase and Dillon was professional and prompt. I liked that a 2 hour window was given for their arrival, a more precise prediction then I have found with other companies. There was a wrinkle but it was satisfactorily resolved.
