Recently, we had work started on our home by HomeSmart Technologies. They completed the installation of the Solar attic fan, EPS-365 Probiotic System, Pretreating spray, and half of the MLI (Insulation). Their products appear to be quality promoting green living. Our presenter, Steve Chahl had a good presentation, and thoroughly explained each product illustrating each product at Jacksons restaurant. Jory Rodgers, the inspector, was knowledgeable, did a whole house inspection taking photos and carefully explained our home issues with no pressure, while representing HomeSmart well with his professionalism and courtesy. We did not get a written inspection report as previously indicated, however he did prioritize our home needs and was patient with our decision process. Shane and Tom, our installers, started the job quickly and have been polite and courteous. I was surprised that only 2 installers arrived promptly with the amount of work scheduled for 1 day, however they worked late on a Friday evening with a commitment to complete job next week. The installers explained what they were doing and explained how to operate the equipment after installation. There was some confusion between installers and inspector regarding specifics on work to be completed, and there is an ongoing discrepancy of what we were told would be insulated in comparison to what the inspector/installer claims. We will continue to assess honestly the entire job upon completion.

The presentation with Mr.Shawn was great! The food was delicious as well. We learned a whole lot we didn’t know about when it comes to our home being more efficient. We loved the products. The inspector Evan came out the next day and evaluated our house. We had some moisture problem in our attic and old dirty duct work. We were excited to get the Mulit layer Insulation and the Solar Fan. Along with the Eps to clean out our ductwork! The technician Nick, James and Malik showed up 15 min early, explained everything prior to them working. Gave us notice every step of the install. Showed after pictures, and everything looked amazing! 10/10 company. Great people!

James, Nick, and Malik did an outstanding job. As hot as it was today, they got the work done right and in a timely manner. We are so pleased with the work they did. Their in-person presentation was informative and clearly presented, followed the next day by a thorough inspection of specific areas of the home by a knowledgeable and professional tech. On the day the installation was to begin, 4 men showed up on time, introduced themselves, went over the plan and began work. The installers were polite and professional, and took time to listen to my questions. From beginning to end the crew and work performed went without a hitch. My wife and I were very pleased with the project and those involved

The presentation Mr.Shawn, was great. Answered all our questions. Very informative about all the products and layed everything down for us. Food was excellent, was our first time going and were very happy with the free meal! The James the inspector came out the next day, was running a little behind but got here and got to work. Explained everything going on in our house, showed photos and why were needed what he recommended. Great guy We ended up installing a Eco Probiotics System, an attic fan and a mold treatment! Very excited! The tech Nick, josh and Arron, were great. Came here ready to work. Showed the process on how they were going to work in my home. Never felt like a stranger was here! Great team and great company!
