This review serves no real purpose other than me getting it off my chest since Quality Eco Technologies and then HomeSmart Technologies apparently are no longer in business. Products that I purchased in 2021 did not come close to living up to the expectations I was led to believe would occur and customer service pretty much non-existent.

Do not let the flawed inspection or pretend savings suck you in to move quickly-do your homework
As others have said they rush you to make a decision so you do not research their costs which are 2 to 3 times higher than others. I moved quickly on installing an attic vent, multilayer insolation and mold removal because they showed me multiple pictures of black mold in my attic. After the work was done, I told them the black mold was still on the wood. The installers told me it was black paint. I made the mistake of not getting copies of the pictures from the initial inspection. Surprisingly the pictures were deleted less than 6 weeks later. They offered me $750 to make it right. That was less than 10% of what I unnecessarily spent. On top of that I had to sign a legal note not to speak ill of them. Needless to say I did not take the money so I could write this review. They kept telling me as I complained that I was the only one complaining and they had a perfect record. If it's so perfect why do they have an electronic system in place to legally shut someone up. My recommendation is you can get equal or better work for much less. Don't let their push for you to move quick whether their flawed inspection is saying there is a problem or of the supposed price savings. I decent company would not play the pressure game of speed. Also they advertise in their brochure the TriGuard insolation is Made in America. The bag it came in said Made in China. I do have a picture of that.

No Follow-up
No Follow-up
We attended a presentation on Wednesday, November 15. Low pressure, we were very interested in several of their products. Scheduled a home inspection for the next day, between 6p.m. and 8 p.m. Inspector called about 10 minutes til 8 saying "Stuck in traffic", we can continue this evening with no definite ETA or we coud reschedule for Saturday morning. We chose Saturday morning between 9 - 11. Saturday, no show, no call. We called the office left a message on Sunday. Called the Monday morning, the message service stated, "No one is in the office on Mondays." Today is Tuesday, still have not heard from company. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication.

STAY AWAY!!!
They are a strange outfit... All three admin will ask you to audition, spend hours interviewing you and then not show up to your meeting after you spend a week memorizing their 5 minute script... Not to mention the hours lost interviewing and waiting for them to show up to the zoom meeting we were supposed to have.
My advice is this, some companies care about you, some just want your money.... Why does this company train their staff with scripts if it was genuine or heartfelt? Why are you paying for food seminars instead of paying people $100 to meet with you in home?
This is the message from Shaun, their leadership.
"Michael,
First, I have responded to every message when you've reached out to me.
Second, as I stated above, I did not set up today's meeting. I cannot tell you why or what may have occurred to delay
the zoom call as it was arranged by Brooke and I am not in the office.
However, when interviewing with a company, a candidate is typically on their best behavior, and should give the interviewer the benefit of the doubt that an emergency or something else might've come up, and that they would be in touch with you to reschedule if necessary.
You have absolutely burned that bridge.
Third, given your attitude and language, you are not a cultural fit for this company in any way whatsoever.
I will forward your comments to all of our management, so they are fully aware of your true personality.
I would wish you good luck in your career search, but I pity the company that would potentially hire you"
Love the gaslighting too, real professionals!!
Update to their reply:
They didn't send the script, I had to email them to ask for it and ask for extra time to study as they never sent the script lol... Then, they have to reply to this review blaming the prospect again instead of owning the fact that Brooke didn't send the script, Shaun didn't send the script, Brooke and Shaun didn't review my video submission the day before nor reply to it nor send the zoom link for a whole week knowing the interview was scheduled... I sent them a zoom link the day of with a heads up, called all of them, texted their management and they all still missed the interview.... Again, then they blamed me... And you can see the reply from the manager I messaged...
Stay away from these losers, they will fu**k up everything and blame you somehow

Dear Mr. Pricharda,
I was very surprised this morning, and sorry to see that you had left your review of your recent interview experience with our Company. I am honestly at a loss as to why you felt it necessary to try and discredit our Company and our name. I believe you are entitled to your opinion; however, I also believe that all the facts should be represented allowing for a complete picture of what actually took place.
You had originally submitted your resume, and were selected by our recruiter, to proceed on to the second step in the interview process with one of our supervising managers, along with several other candidates applying for this same position. You then were sent a preliminary script to prepare for the next step in the hiring process, as well as you were scheduled for that follow up meeting via a Zoom call.
You reached out to us, and stated that you needed more time to prepare, and needed to reschedule your second interview…we were very understanding, and rescheduled your interview. At the rescheduled time, our phone logs show that the hiring manager reached out to you with no response and tried to leave a voicemail, but you mailbox was full. At that point, after you had already rescheduled the interview once and seemingly were blowing this one off, we assumed that you no longer wanted to be in the running for this position. Later in the day, you then sent one of our managers some very nasty messages that included foul language and an EXTREMELY unprofessional attitude. You clearly are not a good fit for our company. We apologize for any confusion during the interview process; we tried our very best to work around your schedule and rescheduling.
If disturbing language and name-calling is your reaction to frustration, I must repeat, you are not a good fit for our company, as we seek to hire individuals that will maintain a standard of professionalism. We wish you the best in your search for employment.

I purchased the insulation and attic…
I purchased the insulation and attic vent. The guys “overlooked” our 3 bathroom vents and then had correct this issue…. After the entire attic insulation was completed. Then there were issues with the financing and when I told the guy I did not get an email from the bank he TOOK my phone out of my hand as if I were incompetent and unable to check my emails. Then when I received the emailed forms from the bank the next day they wanted me to sign a form saying they could use my SSN to share or sell as they deemed necessary!!!!… no thank you!
I asked that someone call me and I have NOT gotten a call yet!!!
Not sure if the items are going to be worth the price but I KNOW the service has NOT been good so far…. Hope things improve,

Good afternoon Mrs. Williams,
I want to begin by thanking you for your trust and faith in our Company. We view our customer partnerships with great respect and are grateful you have chosen us to help you in protecting your home. I also want to apologize for your recent experience, it is certainly not our intent or our practice to do less than premier customer service and support, or to have made you feel uncomfortable in any way. Unfortunately, if it does occur, we will always make our best efforts to rectify the situation and always strive to surpass our homeowners’ expectations. We are happy you have chosen to work with us in completing our scope of work, and in earning your positive reviews and trust. As to your concern reference your financing and personal information you mention. I believe there has been a misunderstanding, and I want to clarify this for you, and assure you, that we in no way have ever, or will ever ask for, share, or sell any of our customers information. The document you are referencing is a standard financial loan document which was sent to you directly from Enerbank Financial Services. We do not collect or store any personal information on our customers. Your personal information, SSN, and any financial information whatsoever, is protected information obtained directly through the finance company, between you and them only, and is only maintained by them. Please do not think for a second that HomeSmart Technologies was ever in possession of your personal information. We have never asked for, nor will ever require that of our customers, and would certainly never exchange someone’s information as you have referenced in your review. I hope this helps reassure you, that the request had nothing to do with us, and any of your personal information with us, is completely protected. One last thing I would like to mention. You left your review above, asking that someone call you back, and that you had “not received a call back yet!!!”. You left that message before our headquarters office was even open in a different time zone, and then an hour later left this review. Ma’am, I have spoken to my Installations Manager, who reached out to you several times today to try and resolve your concerns. You would not answer his phone calls, and immediately replied by text, that you were working and to only text you. Open communication is only possible when the communication is open in both directions. We are here and available, and I would be happy to speak with you personally, when the time is convenient for you. I believe this matter has already been resolved, but please feel free to contact me directly should you wish to discuss this matter further. Once again, we thank you for your faith in our Company, and we look forward to many years ahead in our partnership with you and your family.
Warmest Regards,
Shawn Brainard

If I could leave one star I would
If I could leave one star I would, today there was a free dinner at the Elma Towne Grille, and the person in charge was Jim Lamb( I believe that was his last name) bald head guy that sweats a lot… where to start, first of all the guy need to go to a couple anger management classes and work on his customer service skills, the guy is rude, disrespectful and the worst person I have ever encountered in sales, the way he was talking to the server was very disrespectful and not right at all, if I wasn’t there with my wife I would of have him something to remember. The poor lady that was our server was a very server and the way he was talking to her was not cool at all.. I will make sure to tell people not to purchase anything from your company as long as that lowlife works there. He should be tipping that server 50% because of the way he treated her. And she just took it and stay perfessional and I am glad that she didn’t snoop to his lever.

Good afternoon, Jay A.,
First, let me apologize for what you may have heard or observed. I would really like to speak with you personally about your experience, for further clarity. Please feel free to contact me at 855-208-2584/S Brainard-Gen Mgr. However, I have reviewed our invited guest attendance list, and all of those who attended the dinner event the night you are referring to. I cannot seem to find a Jay A, listed anywhere on our lists, nor is there an email or phone number to be able to reach you directly reference this review? That being said, there is never an excuse for any type of behavior misrepresenting of our company, or our brand reputation whatsoever. A great deal of time and expense goes into reserving these private dining rooms well ahead of the event nights. From marketing expenses, private dining room fees and food costs for each restaurant, in multiple states, and multiple cities country wide. Every effort is made to follow a very strict agenda, to create a professional atmosphere, and a great guest experience altogether. That includes controlling interruptions during the dinner events, kitchen, and restaurant background noise, to having the drinks and dinners delivered to the guests at precise times, to best deliver our seminar experiences, and have as much attention on our guest speakers as we can control. Perhaps, what you may have been witness to, was just ensuring and correcting that the time agenda was being followed, or setting the correct expectations for the restaurant staff, to again deliver the best guest experiences we can possibly offer. If this were your dinner event, and you had spent thousands of dollars to ensure that everything go as planned, I am sure you too would want your guidelines followed as previously expressed. The night you are referring to, the dinner was to have been in a private dining room with closed doors. However, when our Presenter arrived, he was directed to a room next to a bar, not at all private, and he had no way of controlling the ambient background noise. The private space had been reserved weeks ahead of this night, and then was unavailable on this night in question. Our Presenter was doing everything possible, to make the best out of a bad experience, and ensure the best outcome for the guests, as well as for our company. As to the server you mentioned, I have personally called her and spoken with her on two separate occasions, to apologize myself, if she felt she was mistreated in any way at all. We have taken the corrective actions to ensure we have maintained a great relationship with the restaurant, for our future business relationships between our companies. I don’t believe your review in trying to damage or stop someone from doing business with our company, due to a random experience in a restaurant, is at all fair to our company. Given the facts I have now shared with you, I hope that you can empathize, that our guests are our number one concern. If the agenda was not being adhered to in the restaurant, corrective actions were taken to meet our immediate needs of our invited guests. I thank you for your input, and again, ask that you call me if you would like to discuss this in further detail yourself.

They did a free dinner seminar
They did a free dinner seminar. I went the presentation was very convincing. They offer free inspection next day so I bought in to the crap. The presentation was miss leading saying the probiotic system will help with allergies breathing problems clean the air. It’s crap my wife allergies never went a way and we changed the air filters as well. It’s a bunch of crap and I got suckerd in to it. Now I got a 53 dollar a month payment on something that doesn’t work. 3500 piece of junk. I want a refund. Fraud!!!
