homerunPETReviews of homerunpet.com

Item was a few centimeters wider than dimensions on website and physically wouldnt fit i the space I have to put a litter box so I wanted to return it. This hasn't been used yet still with pic proof I havnt even unboxed all of it yet but I would still have to pay a cleaning fee and pay for shipping back to the company. The box is MASSIVE and shipping would cost me as much as I paid for the litter box itself. Plus I cant return any of the accessories for money back either so essentially Im losing money on the deal. Forced to try and resell at a discount on fb marketplace to avoid being out a full 832.00 sadly. Product may work great but there return policy is a joke!!

I am so far very happy with my homerun pet litter box. The litter space is much roomier than our previous litter bot. My cats took to it right away. I also love the step. Keeps the messiness to a minimum.

Horrible company. Garbage product. Garbage insurance product. Refuse to honor the warranty. Within a few months, the homerunpet began leaking urine. I had purchased insurance with the product and contacted them. They stated that product still under warranty so I would need to contact homerunpet. Homerunpet makes suggestions on how to prevent this from occurring- namely, delaying the cycle time to 30 minutes. I did that. Didn't help. They said then it must be from your cat peeing outside the liner. I told them, I've watched my cats use the homerunpet. They aren't peeing sideways or outside the liner. They refuse to honor the warranty. They stopped responding to emails. Please don't buy from this garbage product from this garbage company.

Vacuum works great just a little bit louder than I expected for using around my cats. It came when I expected it to but the other items took longer than expected.

I have a multiple cat household and love my homerun pet litter boxes, yes I have 2. Easy clean up and love the automatic adding litter feature. Easy to clean Thank you homerun pet you've hit a homerun with our household!

Love this litter box! I have a 14 month old Maine Coon boy who loves it too! We no longer have messes when he comes out of the litter box! I wish it had a camera like the one we used prior to this one. The largest size and auto litter refill were the main reasons I chose this litter box! I have had no problems with it and the app works well also.

We absolutely love this litter robot! The cats took to it right away, and it keeps the litter area much cleaner and fresher. No more unpleasant odors, and maintenance is incredibly easy. It has made life better for both us and our cats. Highly recommended!

Received my order in a timely manner. How ever my cats were not interested in the litter box no matter what I tried . Money back guarantee would be a great thing if it. Didn’t cost 550.00 to send it back in original box! And I am in the same state ! 😩😳. A little misleading I think!
