This is an excellent brand! It sells products of very good quality, with an unique, innovative and modern design. I recommend it 100%. The best product without a doubt are the resistance bands. They are ideal to strengthen me, and burn body fat. In addition, they offer a very fast and efficient delivery service.

Fake sale on the website claims you have 23 minutes to check out when these have been the prices for months. This is banned under UK consumer law (don’t know about Australia). Shipping times are long (expect at least 2 weeks in UK). Reason why the reviews look fake on trustpilot is because the majority are. Very overpriced for what you get, competing manufacturers are offering similar products for more than half this price. Workout guide is a google drive file with a couple of exercises. Product is not great - materials feel cheap and definitely not worth the price. Make sure you carefully read the returns policy - no change of mind refunds and will only replace broken products within 90 days and there is no warranty. I was really desperate for a home gym alternative during my country’s lockdown restrictions and unfortunately rushed my decision to buying these - I would advise you to not do the same.

When it comes to building a home gym, it’s best to choose equipment that can work for multiple different muscle groups. I purchase STACKABLE BAND SET + TRAVEL DUMBBELLS. Easy to use and store and, the website has a video tutorial on how to use it properly. Get fit at home with these gym-quality pieces of workout by quality products.
