Rip Off Alert
The product that arrived was broken, and they won’t do a return/refund. Rip-off alert!

This customers product arrived with a broken part. Our customer service agent requested a photo of the broken items so a replacement could be sent through. Below is the last reply from the agent: "Hello Scott, Thanks for your email, and we hope you're keeping well! The equipment on the attached picture does show that it is incorrect. It could be a damaged batch, so we're really sorry about this! Please rest assured that our team will make sure this is addressed as soon as possible. To assist our team in processing your query, would you be able to send through a photo of all the bands in the same condition? Also, if you can specify the variations, that would help us request the replacement. We look forward to hearing from you." However the customer has refused to work with us to rectify the situation. We will 100% always rectify and send through a replacement for any broken items, however if the customer is not willing to work with us, there is nothing we can do.
