Home Outlet DirectReviews of homeoutletdirect.com

HOD provided a great product at a great price. Backed with excellent customer service. I will shop here again.

So awesome! Customer service was great, process of receiving items and even exchanging one was great!

When Thor sent the wrong item I had to purchase through Amazon, because at the time, Thor was not selling directly to the public, there was a link I could click on that directed me to Home Outlet. Micaela was my contact at this company, and I told her about the problem, and when Amazon confirmed the refund for the wrong purchase, I would be in contact with her again. Amazon did refund, and I placed an order for the correct item, a 30" elec cooktop, with Micaela. She gave me a price quote, (slightly lower than the previous cost through Amazon), which I was delighted with, and placed the order. She said it would take about 2 wks for delivery, but the item was delivered quicker than that. I installed the item, read the short operating directions, and was very happy with the purchase. Throughout this whole ordeal, Micaela was always on top of things and was exceptionally helpful. I could not be happier, and should an occasion come again where I am in need of an appliance, would not hesitate to contact Home Outlet Direct.

Purchased a McCool Versa system and it arrived on time without incident. It was also priced better than other dealers for the same product so it was a win-win.

The product s great.

Highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service. They really care and give customers a smooth experience like no other company I dealt with.

Everything went smoothly from order to delivery.

Service was professional and the products ordered were received as described. My kitchen upgrade was a success.
