Home Outlet DirectReviews of homeoutletdirect.com

The customer service from Karen B and her team were incredibly helpful in navigating for us. One of our appliances were damaged upon arrival and Karen and her team really did an amazing job staying in contact with me and keeping me informed of the progress with the disputed item. Thank you Karen for your exceptional customer service!

Fast delivery. Great product with fair price.

I didn’t even know about Home Outlet Direct until I started searching for a 48-inch stove—something I wouldn’t normally choose, but it was already fitted for my space. From the beginning, their pricing was very competitive, but what truly stood out was their exceptional customer service. They genuinely go above and beyond to make their customers happy. When I found out my stove wouldn’t be delivered for 3–4 weeks, I explained that I had an upcoming vacation and wasn’t expecting such a long wait. Their response was, “Leave it with us—we’ll see what we can do.” Within 48 hours, both my stove and hood were delivered! That level of care and urgency is rare. They truly know how to treat their customers. They will absolutely be my go-to for appliances moving forward. Keep up the great work!

Thor appliances are ideal for you kitchen. Home Outlet Direct was ideal place to purchase from Regards

Wendy O. was absolutely outstanding! She was professional, incredibly polite, and genuinely committed to helping us resolve an issue with one of the refrigerators we purchased. She took ownership of the situation right away and made the entire replacement process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the way she handled everything — truly exceptional customer service!

They are beautiful. Big fan!

I had the best experience with HOD and specifically Grace in their customer service department! When we initially ordered the appliances, the color combo we wanted was out of stock. So we ordered other ones. While we were waiting for them to ship, the ones we wanted came back in stock, and she helped us get our order changed with no issues. Then once the appliances arrived, all was well until we unboxed our range. Unfortunately it had cosmetic damage (no fault of HOD) and when I contacted them, they went above and beyond and got a new one sent to us in a very timely manner. Throughout the whole process, Grace contacted me numerous times via email and phone to make sure that we heard from the manufacturer and to send us order updates. She also contacted me to confirm that we received the new range and that everything went well. I would 1000% order through them again and highly recommended them!

I bought a new cooktop here and everything went well. I got a good price, free shipping, and the product arrived undamaged. I can't comment on customer service because I never needed it, everything went smooth. I would buy again from Home outlet direct.
