Hard time getting help
Couldn’t figure out my account number. Used the chat and called the store. Had to leave a message for finance to call me back. They never did and the sale was ending today. Finally was able to dig out my card to make this purchase.

Had to sign up to get $25 off my first…
Had to sign up to get $25 off my first order but never received the code. Had to enter, re-enter and re-enter my card information. Frustrating.
