First off, my wife and I absolutely love Homemakers! We’ve furnished multiple homes from your company and we always have so much fun browsing your incredible selection of furniture and accessories. We just bought a new family room rug ( our 6th rug for our home in 2 years ) from Jenni and Jack. Aside from being our favorite store associates, these two make the most outstanding team you could imagine. The way they support and beautifully work with each other should be a model for corporate team player ship. Aside from that they’re delightful people to be around. They’re always positive, friendly, and eager to assist the customer in anyway possible. In today’s day and age of lack of personal retail customer service, Jenni and Jack set the gold standard for delivering exemplary service. My wife and I ran into some issues when ordering a bedroom set through Homemakers, where the delivery company (AIT) failed miserably in their scheduling and delivery, left the furniture out in the weather without any receipt signature and damaged the furniture goods in question. Customer Service representatives Sheena and Shalonda responded immediately, and made what could have been a highly frustrating and negative experience very positive, and presented the face of a company that appreciates the value of solid customer service and what benefits that brings to the company. The damages to our 6-drawer dresser will be made whole thanks to the efforts of these two excellent representatives of Homemakers. I cannot express enough what a positive experience this was despite some challenges with the shipping contractor. Would order from Homemakers.com again without reservation.
