I canceled in order back on November 21st and it is now January 7th and I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. They never answer their phones, they do not respond to emails, and it is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and placed a dispute with my credit card company! This is beyond ridiculous! Buyer beware!

We understand your frustration with the delay in processing your refund. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the difficulty you've experienced in reaching our team. We are showing that you were refunded $227.46 and $529.19 both to your card ending in 0534 for a total amount of $756.65 which would have reflected on your account late December 2023 and January 2024. We are not seeing any other purchases or refunds on your account in last year are you inquiring on a new issue? Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have further concerns, thank you!
