Was able to speak to someone on the phone, at the store. Very helpful. Prices are extremely good, even with me being required to pay shipping.

Prices are amazing. I was nervous about buying a sectional on line from another state but could pass up the pricing. Delivery was free. They do not deliver inside and set up. They deliver to your door. With such a great price and free shipping it was worth it. Everything came exceptionally wrapped and packaged. Love the furniture. Was easy to put legs on furniture. Very happy with Homemakers. Will order from them in the future!

The prices and information on the website are wonderful. All the information about the company is so appealing: it is refreshing to be able to buy from a company owned by actual people who stay in a town and support it. When I needed a question answered, I got a prompt response from an actual human. Again, it was really different from most other dealings with bigger companies. When I need other furniture, I will start at Homemakers.

CHARGING SALES TAX ON SHIPPING. THIS IS A SERVICE NOT A TANGIBLE PRODUCT. IT SHOULD NOT BE SUBJECT TO INDIANA STATE SALES TAX. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CREDIT IT BACK TO ME, SO WE SHALL SEE.

I have forwarded your information to our Accountung manager who will look further into this to make sure it is taken care of. In the meantime, if you have any additional details that you’d like us to be aware of or can help with, please email us at [email protected]. Thank you and my apologies again!

I had trouble with the payment method. When I switched to paypal it worked, but the site would not take the same card without paypal.
