Website is very easy to use. The only thing I didn't like is a kind of pop up appeared at the bottom of the screen to 'Add to cart' and couldn't be removed. It interfered with reviewing the stock.

Returns and refunds take far too long! This is my second return/refund that has taken 6 weeks or more to process. After 6 weeks, I called customer service and they said that they would push my return to accounting and ask that it be processed as a rush. Homemakers blames new software, but if you check with BBB, this has been ongoing since November 2023. Homemakers will keep your money for over 6 weeks after you return a product according to their return policy. I will likely never shop Homemakers again!

We’re truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, Scott. We recently went through a computer conversion and the ability to process refunds has been a huge hit to our company. We are working diligently to expedite refunds as quickly as we are able to. This isn’t anything we’ve ever had to navigate before and we’re truly apologize.
