I bought a sofa for £1400 and they randomly messaged me that they forgot to update their stock and they actually don't have it. My money is processing back and have to now wait for it to come back lol NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I had read a lot of the negative reviews about this company and had meant to order my two sofas, available from several suppliers, from another store. I had the items in my cart from a few different stores so I could know the final price to me including shipping and taxes, etc. I accidently clicked and paid from Home Elements by mistake and didn't realize my error until the next day. However, I was able to contact a knowledgeable live rep the next day, which made me feel better, plus the price was so good and I felt that I could use buyer protection from Pay Pal if things went south, so I decided to take a chance and keep the order. I am very glad that I did. I received my two couches in perfect condition in less then three weeks, which is great in the middle of a pandemic, with numerous supply chain issues. The automated notifications were sufficient from both the store and their delivery service that I never needed to contact a live rep again to know what was going on. I did have a couple delivery delays due to driver illness and an ice storm but AM Trucking kept my informed and the pandemic has taught me to be more tolerant of delays and I am grateful to receive some products, like furniture, in any reasonable amount of time. I know for a fact that some furniture items are out for months away, because I am still patiently waiting for a special furniture order from a trusted brick and mortar store that we've used for years which we ordered in October 2021 that's not due to be filled until April 2022. I can only attest that for us Home Elements delivered a quality product at a great price with free delivery and in a reasonable amount of time while auto communicating with us every step of the way and with access to a live representative when we reached out for reassurance. We are very happy with their service and their product.

My wife and I ordered a dining room table with chairs And a bench as a set from home element and the next day they tell us we purchased just the table And took down their post selling the set as a whole. Of course I declined the order but I still feel they should have honored the purchase since I knew for a fact what they did. Be cautious ordering from this place.. things change on a dime!

We sell both table alone and as a set. Unfortunately Google Shopping tends to group similar listings while only displaying description from one of the sellers. We have reached out to Google to make sure that our listing for table is separated from the set listing but unfortunately we cannot control this.

I bought a Jackson sectional from Homelement. Shipping process is terrible. They would not arrange otherwise . It’s curbside delivery . I live in an apt and this was a very stressful experience. Don’t buy from this company.

Just don’t buy anything from this place it is real bad We bought a bedroom set for my kid. Picture looked nice once we got delivery the quality was so bad which I didn’t believe my eyes what we got all rough unfinished sharp edge first my child foot got cut by edge and hurt and each time we change bed cover for sure one hand get hurt. I request return and refund, they didn’t accept we I push they put condition for return which was two times more expensive than purchase price. One person is sales person, manager, supervisor and customer service and her communication is another problem. Finally they sent technician when he got our home and checked bedroom set he said this is really disaster. However, when I contacted Homelement they said technician said everything was ok it seems like they changed everything the way they want it.

I purchased an item on 4/30 to surprise my wife for Mother's Day (5/14). By the time Homelement provided a reply on 5/10 indicating that they didn't actually have the item that I'd purchased available for sale, I couldn't recover with my plans to surprise my wife.

We sincerely apologize for this. This particular item was shipped directly from the respective brand warehouse. Unfortunately we were notified at a later date that they no longer had this. We updated our site right away to reflect this. Again - we are really sorry about this.

I had an oversized farm table custom built, but needed to find chairs to compliment the table. After several searches, I came across Homelement. The prices were reasonable compared to other companies. The order was shipped relatively quick and received with no damage. We had to order a total of six chairs and all but two were of high quality. The two in question didn't seem to have the finish completed on both sides. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. Once we figured out how to assemble the first chair, the others went together quit smooth. I would recommend this company and have recommended to the furniture maker of the table for a suggestion to his other clients that might want to purchase complimentary pieces.

Surprised the dining set we bought was delivered without assembling. A heavy weight package that all of a sudden we had to handle with difficulty.
