Surprised the dining set we bought was delivered without assembling. A heavy weight package that all of a sudden we had to handle with difficulty.

We like our bed that we purchased through Home Element -- it's a good product, and relatively easy to set up. The shipping process was not good. I had difficulty knowing when the delivery would happen but was told that I needed to be on site for the delivery to immediately evaluate both the packing and the product. Additionally, the boxes the bed pieces were packed in were quite damaged (several large holes about one foot across) and so I wondered if this would affect the product. Fortunately, it did not but I could see that this might easily happen in another delivery. I also read through the instructions should the product be bad and it looked like a costly deliberation (which fortunately I did not have to do) both in terms of time as well as costs.

If you'd had contacted us at that time, we'd definitely can help to clarify the scheduling. We do expect our customer to inspect the packaging of the product (not the actual product) and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Should you encounter any issue once you open the box, we will definitely take care of it either by sending parts or replacement depending on the nature of the damage. Thanks again for your feedback.
