The tile I ordered was out of stock
The tile I ordered was out of stock. I wish they had that information before the order went through, but they let me know the next day and refunded the order quickly.

Super fast processing and shipping
Super fast processing and shipping. I ordered on Monday, and it showed up on Thursday. I live in Colorado and they ship from PA.

I ordered an expensive backsplash of…
I ordered an expensive backsplash of tile and only had one profile piece broken out of a 16 box shipment! I called and they immediately shipped me a replacement tile at no cost. Then I shorted my order and had to make 2 subsequent orders to make up for design changes. Every order was delivered in less than the scheduled time and without issue! I highly recommend ordering from them and will definitely order again!
