Placed order for 8 mosaic tiles
Placed order for 8 mosaic tiles. Got charged for 16. Small mistake I know. But then was told tiles are back ordered till mid april. Cancelled the order, credited back for 24 tiles. They changed it to credit for only 8. So still waiting for credit of $210.64 Can't imagine how they would handle a large order!

Hi David, Thank you for writing your review. I do apologize for the inventory not displaying with the backorder date. We are working with our manufacturers to have that information readily available to our customers. In regards to your refunds, we are showing both refunds are already processed and completed on our end. We spoke with your bank to resolve this issue and are awaiting their reply as they check their backend to locate the refund. Best regards, Cindy
