My order was placed on line over a weekend. First thing Monday morning I received an email telling me my tile was on back order and would not be available until at least July. I appreciate the prompt customer service. As I need my tile prior to this date I ended up canceling my order. The order was refunded promptly. Although I cannot speak to the product, I do say the customer service was excellent. Even when it came to canceling business. I would recommend this company based on this service.

I ordered some tile. Was told it was in stock & available for immediate shipment. A eeek later found out it was back ordered until April 30.

Very pleased with product. Just as pictured and shipped fast. It was also a good price at $13 a square foot cheaper than the quotes from local tile stores.

I have been looking for a particular tile for my kitchen backsplash which doesn't appear to be available anywhere, but I found it on HomeDecor. I ordered a sample just so that I could see it in person then planned to order the amount necessary for the project. I tried calling and was a recording to leave name, and other information which I did, but never received a call back. I went ahead and placed the order for a sample with a hefty shipping of $10 for one piece of tile. I did not receive an order confirmation just a statement on the order page that I would be notified when the order shipped. The order was placed on 2/23/2021 which my credit card was charged. I just noticed my credit card was credited on 3/2 for the same amount. I suppose I should presume that the order has been cancelled by HomeDecor without an explanation or reason for the cancellation. I do online business very frequent, but never encountered anything like this. Terrible customer service.

My order arrived quickly and the specific tile was hard to find elsewhere. I'm glad I know about this site now!

This was a splurge, but I love them. The glass mosaic tile sheets I bought here were already 11% cheaper than the closest retailer (4 hr round-trip and a negative Covid test required to get there). On top of this, the site was having a sale. They were packed very securely, came within 1 week of ordering, and not a single chip or broken tile in the 10 sheets I ordered. I'd highly recommend and will buy from this site again!!
