Ordered a Coleman green large hot tub and received a smaller orange one. Called a couple times and they have no idea what I’m talking about and said they’d get back to me. The 30 day return policy just expired , I’m sure they’ll call next week. I had to call the credit card to dispute it now.

I ordered an Intex Spa and the order confirmation said it would be delivered between April 3 - 6 and I would receive an e-mail verifying shipment. On April 5 I chatted with Mashood C. on Homecue's website. I have a copy of the conversation. Mashood informed me that my order had been processed and shipped and the courier said date of delivery is April 9. Of course, they had already taken my money (hundreds of dollars) and do not accept PayPal. This morning (April 7) I received an email telling me that my order was cancelled and that I cancelled it. I also have not received a refund. I've emailed the company back letting them know I did not cancel the order and I would be contacting the NYS Attorney General's Office and the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection to file complaints. There are NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS on their website and our Congress should be passing laws to allow no commerce in the U.S. without standard human contact via phone. Also, no info on where their corporate headquarters are. Is this an American company? Where are they located? If your company cannot fulfill the order - own it. Don't LIE and say I cancelled the order. If an order is cancelled a refund should be issued IMMEDIATELY. Where the hell is my hard earned money? I will save the rest of my well documented journey with HomeCue for the authorities. TO ALL CONSUMERS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Ordered a Jumpflex trampoline - and was sent a cheap knock-off instead of item ordered. Customer support email bounced back and said it doesn’t exist. Now we have to dispute charges with credit card. It’s a fraudulent website, beware…

I have to call 5 times to track it down and

My package did not arrive on time. I contacted the company and they basically just parroted the same information that I could read online about my package. It was listed as on the truck for delivery 4 days in a row this week with zero attempts at delivery. I have asked that they consider the package lost and send a replacement and they will not respond. Not a good experience at all!
