Company took almost $900 and never provided a product. Was given the run around for weeks. Will submit a complaint with BBB since there is no way to call this company.

The wrong item was sent and I'm still waiting for the return label to get here, as I was told, to be able to return it.

The seller tried to have the package returned to them after payment was received. I had to track it back from ups to stop the return shipment. Aggravation and time out of my day.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the homecue company. Despite being assured multiple times by Mashood C that my package ( Order: 5321733) had been sent, I never received it. Today, I received an email from Mashood C claiming that he had tried to contact me several times, which is entirely false. Furthermore, he now alleges that my order was marked as lost in transit due to an incomplete address, which is impossible as I have proof of purchase clearly showing my complete address. This company's lack of transparency, dishonesty, and incompetence make it unreliable and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

*SCAM ALERT* I would give 0 stars if I could. Do NOT BUY from this company. Rep will constantly give you the run around and he seems to be the only one on chat and email. No phone number listed, hmm wonder why?? I was told delivery would be 5/7-5/10. Still don’t have my order. Told it was delayed due to number of orders, will receive in 1-3 days. Then “courier lost the package” new order placed, will receive in 1-3 business days. 2nd business day and being told FedEx hasn’t received my package. Being told they have it and to track. Told Rep I wanted money back that they were fraudulent and he left the chat.

I want to caution all potential customers against buying from HomeCue, a company that sells swimming pools but fails to deliver to their customers. I recently purchased HomeCue and have not received the product I paid for. Even more suspicious is that when you Google the company name Lucaneo.org, you will find identical fake reviews and shady practices that redirect you to HomeCue. This blatant deception is a clear red flag. Please heed this warning and refrain from purchasing from HomeCue. Do not be another victim of their deceitful tactics.

I paid 385.00 for a clam 4/26 and have not received it keep getting lies about delivery poor customer service Mashood I finally did receive my item, it required much more complaining than it should have, finally they checked shipping and decided it was lost, got it 4 or 5 days later Waiting a certain period for deciding its lost is understandable but not conveying that to me is not.

So many promblems with my order. Still havent recived and its been 3 weeks. First they sent it to the wrong address. Then they said they resent it and it would be there within 3 days its been a week and a half. I do not recommend this company. Stick with Amazon or Walmart. Costomer service is terrible. There no one to talk to.
