Supposed to be a live webinar, which IT WAS NOT. At the conclusion of the “talked at” 5 hour session, with no lunch or bathroom breaks (typically a part of LIVE webinars), there was no Q&A immediately following the LIVE webinar. Contrary, it was a recorded video, given the hairstyle of the presenter, appeared to be over 10 years old, with slides dated from 2012. Poor, deceptive marketing, which was discussed in the group text. You can do better!
