Selling my home with Homebay saved me thousands of dollars in real estate Commission fees. You will still have to pay the buyers agent still which is usually 2-3% of purchase price. In comparison homebay charged me less than 1%. Homebay did everything a traditional real estate agent did beside Physically showing the home for you. They set up potential buyers via an app. Just tell them when your available, clean up the home a bit and your ready to have potential buyers looking. With all that being said, David B with HomeBay was very professional, courteous and provided help when needed. We would definitely use them again wherever we are when selling a home. We recommend.

Not bad for a flat rate service. The only down fall is the realtor is not available all the time, but it depends on the realtor. They are capable of doing everything and have experienced realtor like other realtors. Just confirm their availability and they get back to you and resolve any issue.
