Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. Your order has already been shipped — it’s currently in transit by sea. Please note that with our shipping method, tracking updates may not appear until the local courier picks up the package in your country, which can take some time. If you could share your tracking number or order ID with us, we’ll be happy to provide you with the most up-to-date logistics details directly from our carrier. We completely understand your concern and want to assure you that we’re a legitimate company with many satisfied customers. Sometimes sea shipping takes longer to show progress online, but your parcel is safely on its way. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Kind regards,

Hi, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We would like to clarify that your order was shipped within the timeframe stated on our website. The buyer protection program is intended for items that are damaged, lost, or extremely delayed, and not for orders that arrived within the expected delivery period. For your convenience, we have already processed a return for your order. You can simply follow our return policy and send the item back for a refund — no additional complications are needed. We appreciate your understanding and hope this resolves your concern. Best regards,
