Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this situation has caused. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your order. All shipping timelines, including processing and international delivery times, are clearly stated on our website prior to purchase. However, we understand that delays can still cause inconvenience, especially when projects are time-sensitive. Regarding the return process, our policy does state that returns are accepted within the specified return window. In some cases, customers may be offered alternative solutions (such as partial refunds or keeping the item) to help avoid the cost and complexity of international return shipping. However, this is always optional and we respect your decision if you prefer to return the item. We are also sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations compared to the listing images. We take product accuracy seriously and will review your feedback with our team to ensure our listings are as clear and accurate as possible. If you are still willing, please contact us directly with your order number so we can further review your case and find a fair resolution for you. Kind regards,
