Cancelled my order and no refund
Within 24 hours after placing my order, I changed my mind (for a variety of reasons) and asked to cancel the order and refund my money. There is no refund and no confirmation of the cancelled order. Now Helen isn't answering my emails. There is no reason for Homdiy to withhold a refund as the order wasn't shipped. Very very bad business. No ethics. Not trustworthy. I've filed a dispute with my bank. My first time. Words of wisdom, run, don't walk, from this "business."

No response to refund.
I have asked for a refund but heard nothing. The order has not been shipped yet as I have not been sent a tracking code so there is no reason according to their own website rules a refund can't be issued. Order UKHY1384

Damaged order, poor communication
I placed an order in early May for a chandelier that arrived in June, part of it broken. I contacted Homdiy to receive a replacement piece, sent photos, and was told they would send a replacement. I received a package in late June from Homdiy, but it was the incorrect piece that looked as if it came from another fixture. Since then, I've contacted the company four times. I sent photos and explained the situation, gave my order number and asked for a replacement. I have received no response as of August. Without that piece, the fixture is useless. I recommend avoiding this company.

No response to emails or return requests.
I am waiting for a response to emails and social media DMs. The return policy looks a little insane, and I feel it is made more difficult by a lack of response from the company and very limited contact information. The delivery came in two parts, which I wasn’t expecting or informed about. The first part came when expected, the second took a week longer. Edit: order no. UKHY1087
