I had great hopes for this one. I was super excited to get it. When I received it the product was cracked. It would’ve been to much of a hassle to return it. I was very disappointed 😔

I ordered a gift for Father's Day. It was delivered to the wrong address. Customer Service said it would be replaced, however we never received it.

Love this my husband thought it was great could use a way to mount it like a chain or small base on the bottom my son runs and old house so it falls over

I have still not received my order that I placed on 5/26. I could never imagine that I would have to order a Father's day gift apparently in April to get it in June at the his rate maybe I will get my order in August. I will definitely never use this company again as I have since found out that my husband had the same issue with my Mother's day gift. The items are beautiful in the site and in person if you ever get them. It is just unexceptable to have to wait over a month to receive your merchandise if you ever get it. I hope to see my product soon🤞🤞.

I was impressed by how easy it was to make a last-minute change to the keychain—the adjustment was made the same day, and I received a quick confirmation that everything was updated correctly. The product matched the description perfectly, and best of all, my husband absolutely loved it. Great quality and even better service!

I ordered my product. It arrived late or should I say later than expected it also arrived damaged reached out to you guys. You guys sent me another one still haven’t received the second one which I’m hoping the quality is much better whatever vinyl that you guys print to you put on the epoxy needs to be sealed so that it doesn’t crack, which is how my product arrived. I don’t usually write reviews for companies, but I felt that this was very special to me because it was for my father on Father’s Day you guys did send me another one, but it still hasn’t arrived.

Never received the item. Asked for a refund & they stopped emailing me back!
