To be totally honest I was a bit disappointed. It took a while to arrive & it was not what I expected. Didn’t know it was a hard plastic. The details were fine but the personalized print was too small. The only positive thing is that my brother is a huge Star Wars fan & loved the key chain.

I ordered two separate purchases on May 30, for father's day gifts, it's July 4 and still no items. I reached out to customer service and no reply. I spent about $100 on nothing. I checked the tracking for one of the items and the last update is June 19 "waiting for items." The other one has said it's near me for the past 2 weeks but it isn't delivered. Then I'm asked to give reviews but can't get a response back to my email. Both were shipped from China from the company is supposedly in the states. Waste of money.

I ordered a personalized horror themed acrylic for Father’s Day. I was skeptical about it but I am happy to say it looks great. Shipping took a little over a month and that was rough but he’s happy with the gift.

Ordered a Dragon Ball Z key chain for my husband for Father’s Day he absolutely loved! Quality is great, sturdy material. I give a 4 star rating bc the whole shipping process took long. I ordered at the end of May in hopes it would be in on time for Father’s Day, I didn’t receive it until end of June.

I ordered the deer plaque with all of the children's names on it. First if all it arrived later than expected. And secondly it was made of cheap looking plastic. I was expecting wood. Huge let down. I was so embarrassed when I gave it as a gift. Wasted $52.00. I will not be a returning customer.
