Do Not trust this company! I have purchased 2 items, and I won't give them another dime. The merchandise doesn't match the pictures they provide. If their personalization software fails to receive your entry, they will only send 1 email, and then send the item without personalization even though their email probably will end up in your spam folder like it did with me, and all they will offer is a coupon for your next purchase. Everything is made of the cheapest plastic materials.

Great ornament, took a little while to ship, but worth it!

Scam. $50 with tax for this?! Wish I could attach photos. It’s a piece of thin plastic with a cheap sticker. When I said I wanted my money back they said they would only give back 10%. Finally they agreed to give back 50%. I would return the calendar to them and want all my money back but that’s not even an option with them. I had to make up an excuse and have the elves write my disappointed son a note saying they messed up and got him a different advent calendar.

It’s a total scam. They are horrible microscopic. I’m throwing them in the garbage

item was exactly how I ordered it as a gift for a colleague. Shipping was fairly quick.

The product is adorable. Only thing I wish it was a little thicker/heavier material. I still adore it and fits all my needs.

Ordered what was more of a 3D type of ornament from the pictures, but what was received was a flat acrylic ornament, nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. Emailed the company, saying that that was the way it was explained in the ad and offered an 11% discount

I never received the ornament I ordered last year for Christmas. When emailing the company, I was met with only automated responses which were not helpful at all.
