The ordering process was pretty easy. Shipping cost was a bit excessive. I was a bit disappointed with the presentation and quality of the suncatcher. I was expecting glass not plastic.

Picture advertised was clearly 3D holding a globe. Received a flat, cheap, ShrinkyDink!

Actually I’m quite displeased with this scam. What you show in the ads and you website makes people they are getting an actual 3d ornament and you send this flat acrylic with a sticker on it and it doesn’t even have a hole in it? I tried to get past the horrible bait and switch but I can’t even hang the crappy “ornament” on a tree! I’d love a refund, or an actual ornament like what you show but i don’t think that actually exists.

Not as described. Pic online showed it a crisp good looking possibly ceramic or 3d printed custom NFL Santa. What came was a pc of plexi glass with a inkjet paper printed and mailed. I’ve complained numerous times, my review on the site won’t post cause of a 1 star. They only post 5star reviews. 2 diff reps would only offer me a 10% refund. They refuse to refund my money even willing to mail it back and they tell me to read the fine print. and I feel I was duped. This isn’t what was advertised. What I get for buying something advertised on Facebook through shop.com.

I received my Christmas ornament and its beautiful, looks exactly like picture.

I ordered this thinking it was a rug. It is merely a piece of material. You can’t even use it as a rug. Looks kinda like the picture however, you have to be looking directly down on it to see the image like it is coming out of the floor. I have sent a few emails requesting my money back with no luck just yet. I would NOT recommend.

Advent calendar arrived and so far four out of the eight slots have been missing the items inside. When I contacted customer service they only offered a 20 percent refund. Given the purpose of the product (slot to open each day) I am very disappointed with this resolution.

Still waiting for shipping information. I didn't know this company was based in China. I wouldn't have ordered.
