Ordered two Pokemon 30th Anniversary 40oz tumblers with no personalization. Three days after submitting my order, they sent me tracking info. The next day it was marked "Returned to Sender". I contacted the Homacus, Macustom, and the shipping carrier. All responded saying sorry for your experience and that they'll look into it. A week later and they haven't replied to any new emails or supplied new tracking information. Had to file a scam/fraud complaint on the transaction with my credit card company.

Total scam. Placed an order to arrive on Valentine’s Day (weeks in advance). Customer service continued to tell me package was on the way, and gave a handful of excuses as to why it hadn’t arrived. Asked them to refund me my money as this was a Valentine’s Day gift. Still haven’t received it, even though 3 weeks after Valentine’s Day the package said it had “delivered”. Don’t waste your time here

I expected a helmet and a clock inside similar to the picture . What I got was a flat plastic picture of a helmet and a clock . Cheap piece of plastic crap . $60 for what .

I bought the gifts for Valentine’s Day for my wife I wanted to do something different this year. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size mug. However she loved the gifts.

I really like the glass. Especially since it the 60th Anniversary. Also, having it personalized.
