I was sent the wrong item, it was not the item I ordered the item I ordered was embroidered burgundy and green with a quilted burgundy backing. the one they sent was a cheap inferior item that was black and green with a white backing. I ordered the Graceful Tree of Life! when I contacted the for a refund they said they would give me only 20percent. I an so disappointed in your company!!

The colors were great but I was under the impression that the figures were like standing out, I mean like actual figures, not just flat pictures on plexi-glass.

Placed an order the first week of February it is now mid March and I have still not seen my order. I contacted the company for information about my order and was told the vendor was on vacation for a few weeks and will be sending out my order soon. It never arrived tried for a refund and was told I could not get a refund and needed to wait till my order arrived. This was supposed to be a Valentines gift but good thing I planed ahead just incase don't buy from here don't waste your money...

Never received my mat.

The cup was beautiful. I loved it. I will buy again. It came fast as well.

It took forever to receive the pillow. It was for Valentine’s Day and did not come until a week after. And it was not a “cutout” looking pillow like the pictures show. It was just a pillow with 2 demigorgons printed on them.

I ordered a personalized mug, it was great and arrived in a few days.

Is beautiful my grandson love hi going everywhere with his mug
