I have just bought a signed foo fighters album which cost me 800 dollars so when the delivery man handed me the parcel i was horrified to see that the package was bent when i opened it up the sleeve had a fold right across the front i find it hard to believe that they would send somthing so precious and valuable in a flimsey cardboard packaging please think twice before buying anything from this company

I am shocked I am the first person to leave a negative review. Nonetheless, here we are. Basically my issue is that I paid $25 for next day shipping. The company sent my purchase as 2nd day. When I called to inform them of this, customer service simply argued with me, that they did everything correct and refused to refund me the difference which I paid. Aside from the refusal to refund me the difference, the item which I had purchased and paid for next day shipping arrived a day late (because it was shipped as second day instead of next day) and I had nothing to give as a gift. I am flabbergasted this company would literally steal money from me, then when confronted, just tell me tough. (The excuse provided was that because they processed the order quickly they did not have to ship it next day) I will NEVER purchase from them again, and will advise everyone I know against giving them business. Honestly, just thinking about this makes my blood boil. Dishonest theives.

Shelby did a great job helping me out with my order!! I purchased my item on September 6th for a September 30th birthday but I didn't notice until mid September it wouldn't be shipped until October 15th. I contacted the website to pay for updated shipping & Shelby was incredibly helpful getting my order to me in time. Today is the birthday & I am so excited to give this gift! I know they are going to love it. Thanks again to Shelby & the framing department for going above & beyond!

Hollywood Memorabilia is highly recommended because they truly stand behind their merchandise. When I had a small issue with something I had purchased, Cristin helped me, and she was really great! She was very responsive, followed-up promptly, and was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I certainly plan to use them again, and will ask for Cristin to help me on future purchases.
