The framing is perfect, the photo is perfect, and the authenticity verification via the QR code worked flawlessly. The packaging was excellent — everything was very well protected. I highly recommend it.

Ordered a signed LP and it said "only 1 available". I ordered it and it said out of stock so that was normal. The next day it was back saying "only 1 available". Had the same image with the exact same autograph. I contacted them and they said they would message the seller and get back to me. Over 1 month passed so i messaged them and all they said is "There are multiple of these items that exist. It was relisted because we have more of the item in stock currently." Then why have it listed as only 1 in stock left and using the exact same autograph image

Bought a signed photo. They shipped it in an envelope that was thinner than the card stock the photo was on. Arrived absolutely mangled and crushed. Totally worthless now. Abosolute amateur hour packaging for a memorabilia shop. Would never buy from again avoid at all costs.

Not as bad as people say but it needs some improvements heren and there. Just gratis.

I had erroneously given the wrong delivery address on my order. Sarah promptly addressed the problem and got it changed. Very courteous, professional and detailed. I am impressed with her diligence.

Sent an autographed picture of a band, saying it was from 1995, when one of the members who autographed the picture passed away in 1990. Still haven't heard back from my email requesting a response, nor can I find a phone number on the site. Also the holographic code sticker thing they put on doesn't work with the COA company. Very shady, stay away from this company
