My item's official Hollywood Memorabilia hologram comes up invalid on their website. I contacted them and was told it was a system issue and to email pictures. Every email, with or without pictures, was rejected by their email system. I contacted them again and was told the email problem is an issue they're working on (but not one they bothered to mention when they said to send them an email). That company certainly has a lot of issues.

Horrible customer service, wouldn't give me tracking information. When they did provide it, it was for someone else. After many emails I came to find out that the item I purchased was sold out. They never bothered to tell me I had to ask. When I looked on their website it showed the same item for sale. They were supposed to have a rep call me so i could possibly get this item because it was an xmas present. Needless to say they never got in contact with me. Funny thing is i went to ebay and got the exact same thing with a COA and it.was cheaper. Processing time took a day verses 2 weeks. Will never buy from this company!
