I placed an order June 16
I placed an order June 16, 2025. I never received that order. I have reached out to customer service (which you only get voicemail). I have sent numerous emails and there is a response, it is an apology for the delay or an attempt at reassuring me that my order will be shipped soon. Nothing. My inbox is flooded with their advertising of sales and request for review of products. Again, I have yet to receive. It's now December
