Please do something about your shipping
This product may work and all but the wait time and customer service to receive the items is extremely terrible. I have ordered from this company and family members also. We all have had delays in our shipments to the point of having to call customer service and complain. And do not blame covid as they have. Other shipments that I have placed have not run weeks late and can't even be tracked because of lack of tracking info from the site. My mom hasn't received her items this day and ordered on June 1st. Customer service cannot tell where it is so they blame the virus. My mom lives on an fixed income. And it upsets me that she probably has lost her money due to customer service reps not knowing what the heck is going on in their company. Whoever the CEO is of this company please get your company together. These products are not cheap and to lose money trying to support our fellow black owned business doesn't look good at all.
