I honestly was not going to write a review simply because I want to support our black businesses, however, I have to say something. I purchased over $200 worth of this product I was so excited to use it when I got it, but it was a waste of money. I suffer from hair loss in the middle of my hair of course from pulling braids and crochets LOL along with my edges thinning out. I use this product for about 2 months and didn't see any growth or changes. I then saw it and maybe it needed a little bit more time and gave it another month or so but after about three months and no change I stopped using the product. I have not requested a refund simply because of all the issues people have had and requesting a refund. Do not want to store credit because I do not plan on purchasing their products anymore. So what do you do??? I have now gone to all natural products and by that I literally mean all natural and making my own natural oils along with daily hair moisturizers and butters. Ladies it may be worth us taking the time to do our own research about what natural products can help our hair grow. Start looking up the aloe vera plant hair products that you can make on your own using the aloe vera plant. Once you start there your world will change I promise. Good luck!

Honestly I've gone through 3 bottles and it smells good but it's basically useless. I have a nice length of hair past my shoulders but two thinning patches on the temples of my head. I feel like after about 5 months my hair looks even worse and thinner. I want to support a fellow sister but I'm gonna try castor oil. I think this is just too much junk mixed together and it causes bad reactions on some people's hair. I broke down in tears the other day because I've wasted half of year with this crap hoping to glow up after quarantine and I look even worse. It sucks, but the truth HURTS. I am happy for the people that it worked for. I do think some of those reviews on Instagram are FAKE. I didn't have any issues with shipping or using promo codes. I'll give them credit for that. But I might as well been putting green grease on my edges instead of using an overpriced tiny bottle of so-called miracle oil...NEXT!

I was thinking of n but after you all had the courage to write the review of your experience, I Won't even bother. I appreciate you all because too often we don't tell others to prevent any more people who truly want a remedy to a heart-breaking dilemma, being victimized and let down.

Don't bother ordering this product they will take your money give you store credit won't allow you to get any discounts and then think you supposed to add more money to get the product. Due to them changing their website my order was sent to a non-existent address it's been months since June 22nd 2020

Ordered some on June 28. Costed me hundreds. Today August 26. Along with my money, my hope is gone. Their customer service is a joke. If you are so lucky to get a response from a human being, you will realize that they cannot help. They will notify an imaginary department within the company that handles these issues.

Dee from Illinois, I’m writing this review because when I logged onto the Hollywood site I was given a code for 10% of my purchase. I ordered 2 bottles and the last 3 weeks I’ve been in communication with the company which was hard to find contact information for them about the discount. It’s the principle of the matter because when you’re offered something then you expect it. I need to see if I’m the only consumer with this problem. These reviews are apparently kept separated from the reviews on their website. Disappointed customer. Can’t tell you if the product really works, because I haven’t used it yet. The company needs to take a business management course because repeat customers that can refer new business is a great practice.

My scalp is super irritated now. Even after have stopped using it. I used it for a week. Along with the shampoo and tea. I use it for a week and I thought my scalp was getting dandruff. The more I used the more irritated. Then I got all these little bumps on my scalp now. Some had little puss balls I had to go get medicated shampoo from my doctor. Not Cool! So yeah; no growth and a doctor bill with medicated shampoo.

After reading reviews I think I will pass . I don’t want to take chances on ordering and not receiving it until whenever. I am not on a fixed income and once they get it together maybe until then I wish everyone gets there orders.
