If I could get it a zero I would. I placed an order January 14, 2026. I have reached out to this company several times by email and by phone the number they have listed tells you to reach them at hey love at hollywoodbar.com but they don’t reply yet they send you percentages off of advertisement products. We are now in the month of March. Nothing yet from this company I would not recommend this company to anyone I will continue ordering Cecred hair products
