Hi i ordered the serum and the grow my edges my hair fell out my scalp is tender i tried to get a refund and they wrote me back saying i should have did a strand test which i did but the more i use it the more my hair came out they told me i couldn't get my money back it should be something we can do this is awful

If you are here before ordering GREAT! I know better and I didnt do my research first. I ordered and didn't read reviews or the return policy. Don't let all those 5 star reviews on their actual site be the reason you buy the product. Once you hit the button to order... even if only a few minutes you CAN NOT CANCEL. Which is crazy to me but oh well...

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!! I ordered the moisturiser kit and the growth oil. When I first received them in the mail the shampoo was completely liquefied like water. I emailed them right away and told them and I was told since it is all natural it comes in different consistancys and it is still safe to use. I emailed back telling them how am I supposed to use "water" for a shampoo? And this was a horrible first impression of the company. They sent back saying They would send me a new shampoo free of charge and it was still safe to use the shampoo I have. I was really excited to try them so I went for it. The "water" shampoo made my hair extremely rough as soon as I tried to lather it up, conditioner wasnt much better. I followed up with the hair oil and it was thick and sticky and very hard to spread throughout my hair. I figured ok I'll just give it a shot and trust the process. Put my hair up for the week and didn't use any hot tools or blow dryer to let it all sit and "Do its magic" throughout the week I notice my hair was matting up really bad and very hard to the touch. Next wash day I had to brush my hair out before getting in the shower because it was so knotted. I noticed a lot of my hair was coming out in the brush. I get in the shower and wet my hair and CHUNKS of my hair was falling out of my head. My shower and body was COVERED in chuncks of my hair... I was literally in tears and I noticed my scalp was very sore from ONE WEEK of this crap being in my hair. I have since emailed them twice with pictures and still have no response. All of the sudden the "shampoo" they were sending me for free came in and it was another oil. The lid was completely unscrewed and the post office had to bag it in 3 different bags from it leaking. I emailed again saying they didnt even send me the right product and I want a refund. Still no reply. Went to their Facebook page and posted comments about these products... All comments are now deleted and I'm blocked from liking it commenting on any of the posts!! ITS A SCAM... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HAIR.... DO NOT BUY!!! Worst experience EVER!!! They do not care about their customer's!!!!

I’ve never used this product because of the negative reviews. This reminds me of another hair product from a black owned company several years ago that promised to grow your hair down your back. Does anyone out there remember “RIO HAIR”. They had an infomercial that promised to grow your short hair quickly and the end result would resemble long Brazilian-like tresses. It turned out to be a huge scam that not only didn’t work, but took out you hair. I wonder if these are some of the same people.

Yesterday I went to purchase this hair serum they advertise on Instagram. I went on the site and purchased the friendship deal which was 2 bottles of Hollywood Hair serum. After I checked out and paid, the site took me to more pages, after payment, stating that in order to finish I must go through more pages, these pages consist of more offers, literally trying to make you purchase more items, there was a button you press on each page that reads (No Thank You) if you choose to pass on the products, I had to continue to press that button to pass on the products each page. When I got to the final page, I pressed no thank you again and suddenly the button did not work and the site jumped to another page and said order complete after it was already completed. Only this time, I was charged with all the other items and charged far more than the items were priced at. Alisha, Team HHB💕 ------------------------------- I did some research to find out that they have scammed many, and on the research, you can see EMPLOYEES OR OWNERS OF THE COMPANY CREATE OBVIOUS FAKE STORIES THAT ARE ALL SIMILAR IN NATURE TO MAKE YOU BELIEVE THEIR PRODUCT WORKS normally fake names claiming they have a disease or yes it burns but it works. 95% of the victims that purchased their product reported it as being dangerous and has caused women's hair to fall out and skin burned. Also, the ingredients are not what they have claimed to be. In my case, they could have fixed the issue because it was just minutes after I ordered. Other complaints customers never received the packages. Hollywood hair use the excuse, the mail lost the package and the customers were never given the promised tracking number. Their site is also missing a lot and is a replica of another site. Thank You

I recently reordered the edge control gel and there was a foreign object in it so I didn’t use it. I sent a photo to the company and asked for a replacement and was told after a couple days that they don’t do replacements but they can give me a $16.99 credit code. What do I need a code for when I need my product replaced. Seriously? I mean do you really expect me to pay tax and shipping again when the product you sent me is defective??? I’m so mad and irritated right now. I’ve sent two more emails and provided my phone number but they’re so unprofessional they haven’t called me to rectify the situation!! I’m so perturbed!! I’m calling my bank and disputing the purchase. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau and lastly I’m calling my lawyer. Yes over some hair gel. I’ve been a good customer for almost a year now and now you want to treat me this way!!!

I see everyone saying this good. No it's not. I tried to support this but I can't. I tried it for a month my hair is thinner and getting bald. I call this TRUMP OIL.

I ordered with them twice before previously so when I saw the Christmas sale I was excited so I ordered my products like normal but sadly I haven’t received them or I cannot get in contact with anyone I sent them and email and still no response I made the purchase on 11/27/2020. This is pretty sad this is why is why it is so hard for our culture to support each were always scamming.
