For ALL of you that feel as though you have been scammed by his company and WANT your REFUND! Contact your counties DEPT of WEIGHTS & MEASURES!! They will get you your money back and possibly get this business closed down depending on how many cases. They will fax you a five minute application that you fax back. TRUST ME, I did this with that computer company BLUE HIPPO and the results were AMAZING!!

Stop, do not buy!! This product is making my scalp so dry and red!! It burns! Rice water, growth shampoo & regrowth serums is what I have. I've emailed the company and they will not give me a refund nor will they make it better. Save your money.

I was double charged and was told that I COULD NOT get my money back. NO REFUNDS. Also I could get my discount that was a lie!! I am so mad at this company!! 😠

I've been using the product about a month now and I haven't seen any growth at all. My hair is thinning so I applied the serum all over and to no avail have I seen any results. My hair grows faster on its on without the serum. I just wanted something for my thin area. Also I've noticed that it seems to dry my scalp more, leaving it very itchy. Oh well, you live, you learn. I can't support a product that doesn't work.its too expensive of an investment .

It will break off your hair! I just opened this package this week due to a mix up with my housemate. I finally opened the package on Tuesday, washed my hair, dried it, and put this serum in and massaged everywhere because I wanted my hair to grow longer. Your serum did the exact opposite. Your serum broke off my hair. I did the test on my skin just as the directions said - waited an hour to be sure I wouldn't have any reactions. Then I put the serum all over my head and massaged. The very next morning, I went to brush my hair back into a bun and hair started coming out! Not your average loose strands but globs of hair! I want a refund and an explanation as to why this occurred. I am embarrassed, upset, and angered by what this bottle did to me

I purchased 1 bottle of the regular serum, and the 2nd order was 3 bottles of the extra strength which totaled 144.00, I'm very SAD to report to you. That I have had NO hair growth at all. However, I did purchase enough product to where I should have seen growth. I do whatever I can to support my black sisters and brothers. But.....This was actually a DONATION. Very disappointed in TEXAS

This was my first time ordering from this company, I only wanted the hair growth serum. However at the end it said "try our deals while waiting for your order to be processed." I get my total it said $41.00 they charged me the full $16.99 for the edge control. When I clicked the deal it was only $11.99. I wrote an email and to no avail was told there is no refunds and all sales are final. I will be having these charges off my credit card this is completely unacceptable. NEVER WILL I ORDER ANYTHING ELSE, THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR SCAMMING.

I order this product over a week ago, I still haven’t received it. I requested a refund they said “No” this is bad business. No I’m gonna do reviews all day.
