I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered this product. But to be honest iam not even mad. It actually may have saved my hair. I ordered the product and never received it. Although the email says delivered but it was never delivered to me. I contact them by email and their response was for me to go to my local post office. Iam NOT hunting down a product that should have been delivered to my physical address. Well I definitely see it as a sign!!! I only paid $29.95 for the product and think I will charge this one to the game of learning. My edges are extremely low but my overall hair is thick and natural. I see some reviews, people hair actually came out. Iam so sorry for that. Ladies be careful in purchasing anything from these NEW upcoming ONLINE COMPANIES.

I purchased the 2 bottle package used as directed. It literally made my hair fall out. My hair is natural no chemicals or heat .smh all the spots i added the oil to mainly my edges and.patches of my hair fell out. I've never had this happen ever. I have soft long healthy hair.

I am so glad I read reviews first before ordering. I've learnt from previous experience. Just becareful all. There is more rip off dodgy people since covid began. I now always read reviews and even just one or two negatives, and I refrain from ordering. Trust the negative reviews than those that give positive ones as most times its the ones connected with the company.

If I could give a 0 I would! I was basically scammed by this company & I’m so mad I let this happen. On their website and social media they trick everyone by having ONLY good reviews which is how i got sucked in. I ordered their hair serum about a month ago... after about a week my tracking details update and on the ups website it said “delivered to agent for final delivery” (March 5th). About a week later I emailed the company b/c I still had not received my package they sent me a screenshot of the same thing I told them “delivered to agent” & told me to contact the post office. I contacted the post office and they said they never even received a package from the company. At this point no one knows where my package is and I’m frustrated so I contacted Hollywood hair again saying I want a refund & they have the nerve to tell me that the best they can do is store credit to purchase from them again?!? Not to mention shipping is separate so I’d still have to pay for that and lose out on money! I should have known this website was bs b/c they don’t even have a customer service # to actually speak to someone! I lost out on money but I hope none of you all do. BEWARE. Don’t fall for it. Really hope all the bad reviews gets them shut down b/c this is ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Although I gave them the correct address when I placed the order,, they left off my apartment number,, therefore the package was not delivered. This was confirmed with FedEx....so although it was their error, they refused my refund and told me to file a police report for stolen products.. I am out money and product. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY.

I purchased the serum about 6 weeks ago. After seeing it advertised on FB. I see no difference at all. I paid a lot more for the product than its listed price is today. Even with the cheaper price I will not be buying this product again. It frankly, hasn’t worked for me. Not to say it hasn’t worked for others!

Rubbish product bought it 3 times because of all the reviews does not work, only works if your hair is already in a good condition, mine is not, keeps your hair dry and brittle, no new growth after three months.

I was not aware that this product has coconut oil. My hair does not like coconut oil. It dries my hair out and makes my scalp extremely itchy.
