I place an order yesterday but noticed an extra item on my order after the order was submitted. I immediately called and emailed the company and no one has called me back. I don't understand why they push extra items on you after placing your order anyway. If I wanted more items I would've ordered from the start. If I am charged and not given my money back even though this item has not been shipped I will never order from this company again. Customer service sucks. Excuse my French but this is some Bull****. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for charging people for items before they are shipped and not picking up the phone or answering emails.

Before my order processed, I requested cancellation which is not covered in the refund policy. My request was denied. No product had been exchanged or even shipped. I would never recommend this company. The product received will go in the trash.

I ordered the growth serum and haven't received mines in over 3 weeks I was told 7 business days. They have my money but no product. I try to email and call with no response. So can someone help me out on what to do

Very expensive products but it was worth a “self-care splurge” at first until I realized they’re just another company trying to scam you out of your money. I decided to do a $50 “self-care splurge” which ended up costing me $100. I noticed this company try’s to sell you the “check out extras” in a sneaky way. Well my luck, my screen froze and an additional product was added onto my basket. I couldn’t go back to cancel because it had gone through already. So literally 7 mins later I emailed customer service. They promptly responded telling me, “ Once we receive the order, it is immediately sent out for further processing to make sure that the package gets shipped within 24 hours. Due to which we do not accept any requests for amendments or cancellations.” This order took place Friday night at 830 pm. And within 20 minutes they were aware of the mishaps. Their scammy marketing tactics to trick people into purchasing their extras, then locking you in permanently to make an extra buck is plain as day now. The worst part is I’m trying to support small businesses out here and at the end of the day, they will still mess you over. I’ll be purchasing my hair serum products from Hair Growth Co. This product works amazingly, smells wonderful, leaves your hair feeling fresh and IT’S Just $10 a bottle. They will get my money from now on!

I just got trick by these people. I went to order online. I placed my order for one bottle of their hair product but at the end it says your order is not complete so I click again but then I realized that it keeps saying order not complete so I realized that something was wrong so unfortunately two oder was made. I emailed them asking them to make the adjustments and they refuse. I also read the reviews on here and there is nothing positive to add. Honesty I will not be using their products in my hair. I really want to ask these people at this company, how can you be so thoughtless. If you do not treat your customers right how do you expect your company to grow in wealth? Answer me, let me tell you what I know. If your products are not brought by users then there will not be much growth and if your customers are not satisfied then there will be very little growth and right now I am shocked at the way you people dealt with my order. The product as not yet left your place of business and so you could have well refunded one bottle and ship one bottle so your excuse is very poor.

I would give this a negative zero if I could. Trusted and gave the benefit of doubt. I wish I didn't. The worst product ever made! I wanted so much to believe that the owner was honest when defending her product but oh my! Shame on her for trying to make a quick buck. I spent 2 years rebuilding my hair, it was thick, curls defined and I grew 10 inches. Hollywood hair bar oil, in 4 weeks, took all that growth, love a confidence away. Shame on you! My hair all feel out, it matted, the texture of my hair changed, my curl pattern gone, along with all my length. Please I beg you. Don't buy! I know the owner will be upset, I'm sorry about that, but shame on you. I have no idea those people who are writing good reviews...I don't believe they truly exist.

The discount was not given as promised. I notified Them and they sent a code to use to get a credit on the next order.. I attempted to use the promo code and their system did not take it and charged for a complete order. I notified them again that their system took the code and was only suppose to charge the shipping and upon asking me several times to purchase more products and me refusing, it charged the amount of the product that had already been credited. I do not recommend dealing with this company just on the payment antiq alone. And you wonder why we can't support our own.

I was told how this product was so great, I went online to purchase it. After you select the product you want you check out...it gave me at lease 10 additional options, I unfortunately found out at the final check out 1 of those 10 had been accidentally taped. I sent an email to let them know it was included by mistake...they sent an email back and said NO RETURNS. It hadn't been a few minutes when the email was sent so unsure how it would be a return since it hadn't been put in a box. As a first time person to this product, I know its such a shame for them to make such an extreme claim. Never will I try anything related to Hollywood Hair Bar. I pray that they realize how shameful they treat those who put confidence in their advertisement because reviews do have an impact. I hope all who have paid their money get what they need for their hair but do not recommend them to anyone.
