I placed an order on July 23, 2025. It is now August 30th, and I still have not received my order, nor have I been given any updates about my order. Do not do business with this company. I have seen reviews where other people are experiencing the same issue. They take the money, but don't send the products.

Better Business Bureau Complaint, and Fair Trade Commission Fraud Report Filed
It has been well over two months since my order was placed on June 10, 2025. I paid in full, and a shipping label was created, but the order has not been fulfilled or shipped, apparently due to the Growth Edge Control being out of stock. As a repeat customer, a partial shipment would have been acceptable so that I could have stayed on track with my hair growth journey. Here is their response to my Face Messenger inquiry:
"We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused.
We’d like to inform you that the Growth Edge Control was recently out of stock. However, it is now back in stock, and we are working hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Please be assured that your order is expected to be delivered within the next two weeks.
Meanwhile we would really appreciate your patience and understanding.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to ship the remaining products separately. However, please be assured that we are doing our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Your order is expected to be shipped next week."
While I do my best to support Black owned businesses, I am very disappointed with the scripted response to my inquiry, and no one ever answers the number listed. I am also dismayed by the sheer number of individuals who are experiencing the same issue. How many others have received the same response?
Today, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also submitted a fraud report to the Fair Trade Commission. Others should do the same at the Better Business Bureau, and Fair Trade Commission websites.
Here is their business information filed with the California Secretary of State. It includes the Agent for receiving Service of Process if you are considering filing a lawsuit to collect any monies not refunded. Very convenient excuse for them however, I have received no update on shipping and no response to any of the last 3 emails I sent over a 10 day period while waiting on my order from July 6th, 2025. I was sent a DHL tracking number but now it is suddenly not working after 3 weeks of no updates on their site. HHB customer service seems to ignore issues once payment goes thru but they keep sending email discount offers designed to entice you to buy more product although they cannot send current orders in a timely manner. Filed a complaint with BBB and my CC to see if they can resolve the issue.

Unprofessional
So, disappointed in this company. I was up late one night scrolling and saw a Hollywood Hair Bar Commercial. I saw the wand and decided to put it in my cart. I wanted to see other reviews and see how much it would be at checkout but it ended up really checking me out. Frustrated, I emailed the company to cancel since it has not shipped and they claim they do not do refunds. I see that they are trying to give me a $17 credit, but I do not want it. I want my money back. Here we are five months later and I have no wand and no refund either. This was unfair and unprofessional on all levels. I hope no one else has experienced this behavior. Accidents happen, but for them to not even deliver the product, they should do better because I lost. They did not!
