The past two years I have been ordering from Holland Bulb Farm. I have found their website to be very helpful in my selection and care of the plants I have purchased. Since I am new to gardening this an invaluable feature. In addition I have had great success with the variety of plants I have purchased and grown. These include Lilies, Hosta, Clematis, Dahlias, and Black-eyed Susan. I will continue to order from Holland Bulb Farm.

I would give them 0 stars, but it wouldn't let me. A Water Lily I purchased has no sign of life...the conditions are favorable for it's growth, full sun, warm weather, in a thriving pond. I have contacted them several times, they do not stand behind their product or offer a refund.

We purchased blueberry bushes from Holland Bulb Farm this spring. I was shocked when I opened the box to find that they were packed so poorly - there was a couple of inches of dirt in the bottom of the box, broken plants, one entirely missing from its paper cup pot. Their packing method was to throw the plants in the box, add some crinkled up paper on top. They looked dried out and dead. And they were. When I was finally able to get customer service on the phone they told me to wait 4 to 6 weeks and see if there would be any growth. This was after I sent them images of the damage and dead plants. Of course they didn't grow so after 6 weeks I sent them more detailed photographs and was finally able to get a refund. An arduous process. I will never order from this company again.

Holland bulb farm has quality products and wonderful customer service!

We ordered the Elephant ears and received very quickly. In about 3 weeks they started growing and they are beautiful and huge. Highly recommend this company for all your garden needs.

Only half of the things I ordered actually grew, and those that grew have yet to bloom. I've been waiting for more than a month to get a response from customer service regarding upholding their 100% Grow Guarantee. I don't have high hopes I'll ever get a response or be issued a refund or replacement, even though I provided photographic evidence to back up my complaint. I will never purchase from Holland Bulbs Farms again, and I cannot recommend anyone else do so!

I bought several amaryllis bulbs for myself and gifts. One of them never bloomed and I wrote customer service and they immediately refunded my money for it. I chose to have another bulb delivered and that one was as lovely as the other ones were. I've had several bloom more than once even though they say they are not guaranteed to do so.

Generally good business. At worst, I've had a missing bulb or a few weak roots, but 9 out of 10 times they do exactly as advertised. Over the years their products have helped brighten my garden.
