The company has great communication
The company has great communication. They shipped the bag, gave a tracking number, explained where in the process it was before it was shipped. The two bags I ordered came in on different dates, but only by a few days. The bag itself was not exactly how I pictured it, but they are still nice bags.

Beautiful Handbags, but they do ship from China…
The bags I ordered were absolutely beautiful and everything I hoped for. The reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because the items ship from CHINA and took forever to get through customs

I love all the options but was suprised at how BIG the large bags were, wish I had ordered the medium, but they are beautiful gifts and hope those receiving love them
I love all the options, so many to chose from, so inviting. Was not sure why some bags had stitched in longer straps while others had none

Honest Review
The bags are beautiful and have gotten compliments on it and asked where I got it from. However, in reality the bags are over-priced in my opinion. The buy one get one free is really equivalent of buying two bags. I wished I had gone with the larger bag for myself, but since I personalized I can't gift it like I did with the "free" bag for my sister that was also personalized. It still works for the medium size but the largest bag would had worked better for me. I didn't give 5 stars because the arrival time that was given was way longer then expected date. Customer service was great. Very responsive and did their best with updates. Overall pleased with the quality of bag so far.
Response from HolisticBagsMar 26, 2024
Dear Jana,
Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! We appreciate your compliments on the beauty of our bags and the positive attention they have received.
However, we understand your opinion that the bags are overpriced, and we apologize for any discrepancy with your expectations.😢 Additionally, we apologize for the long arrival time, although we're glad to hear that our customer service was responsive and provided updates!
Despite these drawbacks, we're pleased to know that you are overall satisfied with the quality of the bag. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will continue to strive for excellence in our products and services.💖
Thank you once again for your feedback, and we look forward to serving you again in the future!
Best regards,
Sandy
