The purse is beautiful and seems well…
The purse is beautiful and seems well made. It took longer than I expected as I though it was shipped from USA and not from China, so I couldn't use it for Christmas as I wanted. Solely for this reason, I didn't give 5 stars.

The bag is beautiful
The bag is beautiful. It is well crafted. It is a gift and I am sure the recipient will love it. Unfortunately it did not arrive promptly and I am still waiting on the arrival of the 2nd bag. I contacted customer service and they say they are working on it. I ordered just after Thanksgiving for Christmas gifts. Its January 4th today and I am anxiously waiting for the 2nd bag.

I did receive the second of the three…
I did receive the second of the three bags I ordered and I’m played with the product. I hope to receive my last bag soon so that I can give my mother in law her Christmas gift.

Beautiful bag
Beautiful bag! My niece loved it. Arrived several weeks after one of the others. 3rd one still hasn't been delivered. All ordered at the same time.

My husband ordered my bags over 1 week…
My husband ordered my bags over 1 week ago and we get bombarded by a lot of requests for more purchases but have yet to receive any type of notice of when the bags would ship. Really wish they would be specific about timeline and confirm instead of constant emails to buy more and more deals. I heard back from them in response to this review that I should get a shipping date this week bc the bags are hand crafted. I cannot give a higher rating bc I do not have a product yet.

Love the quality of the bags
Love the quality of the bags. I bought the largest which are too large for me for church so I will use them to travel. I did order another, medium which should be more appropriate for church. The online communication is also great.
